I didn't set out to build a design system.
I set out to stop repeating myself.

Over nineteen years in enterprise UX, solving the same design problems gradually became a larger pursuit: helping enterprise teams build products through systems instead of isolated decisions.

Today that work spans design systems, accessibility, AI-assisted automation, and enterprise transformation.

SCROLL

I'm an enterprise experience transformation leader based in Chennai. Most of my career has been spent inside large, high-stakes software ecosystems, from casino management systems to patron engagement platforms.

I learned early that the real challenge isn't designing the screen in front of you. It's helping that screen work seamlessly with the twenty others around it.

How I Think

Great experiences are rarely the result of individual screens.
They emerge from systems.

As products and teams grew, I realized that inconsistency wasn't a design problem. It was a decision-making problem. Building better experiences meant helping organizations make better design decisions consistently, across teams, products, and over time.

That's the common thread connecting every project you'll see below.

Featured work04 featured · 02 research

Four transformations that changed how teams design at scale.

Each initiative tackled a different challenge, organizational, technical, or operational. Together, they reflect a common goal: helping teams make better design decisions through systems.

On the work

The job was never the pixels.
It was the decisions behind them.

Over time, my role evolved from designing interfaces to shaping the systems, teams, and decisions that make great products possible.

What I actually do, in the language I'd use to hand it off.

Job titles rarely capture the work. These are the capabilities I've built through leading enterprise transformation, not just individual projects.
