Nineteen-plus years in enterprise UX. Most recently, architect of Floret: one shared language now running under 20+ products and 5,000+ screens.
Open to Director / Head of Design rolesI'm an enterprise experience transformation leader based in Chennai. Most of my career has been spent inside large, messy, high-stakes software, casino management systems, patron platforms, floor operations, where the real work isn't the screen in front of you, it's the twenty other screens it has to agree with.
Great experiences are rarely the result of individual screens.
They emerge from systems.
— a line I've kept returning to, across three companies and one very large design system
Each one solved a different kind of tangle, technical, organizational, or perceptual, at real scale, with a real team behind it.
Built from scratch and scaled into the shared language behind the entire enterprise product portfolio: components, tokens, and starter kits that replaced two decades of one-off UI.
An AI-assisted approach built on vector search, matching design intent to production code so teams spend less time translating a screen and more time deciding if it's right.
Stood up accessibility as a governed discipline rather than a checklist: audits, standards, and enablement built directly into the design system and delivery process.
Took a leadership idea born mid-pandemic and operationalized it into a five-season innovation program, owning the creative process and execution end to end, season after season.
Redesigned a limit-setting tool across carded and uncarded play, benchmarked against five UX dimensions rather than a single usability score.
A 200-participant Userzoom study that overturned the original design hypothesis: the variant that felt riskier won on both speed (16s vs 20s) and preference (76%).
The job was never the pixels.
It was the decisions behind them.
Led enterprise UX strategy across three business units, architected the Floret Design System from scratch, and led a 20-person team across Chennai, Bangalore, and Canada. Co-inventor on a joint U.S. patent application.
Scaled UX from an individual practice into a structured, multi-disciplinary organization, laying the groundwork that would later become Floret.
Established the first UX standards and usability practices, and started progressing from craft into leadership.
Early career across eDots, Content Solutions, and Adrenalin eSystems, building the web, graphic, and interface design fundamentals everything since has stood on.
"Your dedication to our craft and our team's outcomes has been over and above, and truly an inspiration. You will continue to elevate the organizations you work for and the user experiences you create for years to come."
